THE WINTER SHOW
Summer is drawing to a close, but fear not, details of the HATS winter show have been confirmed! It will take place at the Pleasance Cabaret Bar during the last week in January (28th – 30th).
We will be staging two exciting new plays, both written by members of the society: “Feet” by Gregor Shanks and “The Spy Who Went Down with a Cold” by Rob Salvin (both scripts attached). The plays will bookend a live “cabaret” musical interlude accompanied by Edinburgh’s very own Bicycle Thieves.
AUDITIONS
Auditions will be held in the Parliament building. If you’re interested, please inform us by email – we need to be notified in advance for security reasons. Entry to the building is through the public entrance in Horse Wynd, opposite Holyrood House. Please arrive a few minutes early if possible for security reasons.
Audition Dates:
Monday 28th September, 7.30
Tuesday 29th September , 7.30
Please see the foot of this post for copies of both plays. We look forward to seeing you there!
Please note, all cast will be required to rehearse on Tuesday evenings (to begin with). Rehearsals will also take place in the Parliament building.
